At Dirt & Sky, we want you to love your gear. If something goes wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
What we cover.
We offer a free replacement or full refund for:
- Items damaged or defective on arrival
- Items with printing errors
- Wrong item, size, or color sent by us
What we don't cover.
Each item is printed on demand for you, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size or color chosen at checkout. Check our size guide before ordering.
- Change of mind after purchase
How to request a refund
Email support@dirtandsky.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the affected item
No need to send anything back. We review each request and respond within 2 business days.
Care
To keep your gear looking its best, follow the washing and care instructions included with your purchase.
